IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR CONTRIBUTORS

Note: These instructions will not appear on the test or production web sites. Do not modify or delete these instructions.

All of the links below follow this pattern:
https://jfs.ohio.gov/jfsInternetOwfPrcPlan.aspx?county=COUNTYNAME

Do not change these links. They point to a special page that automatically creates links to the available PRC Plans, Forms and Charts for each county.

Instead, if you need to update or replace documents for a given county, Edit the appropriate managed asset in this folder:

Plan: COUNTNAMEcountyprc
Froms: COUNTNAMEforms
Charts: COUNTNAMEcharts

For example, if Allen county has an updated PRC Plan, you would locate the existing asset titled "allencountyprc", choose "Edit", upload the new PDF document, then Submit for approval.

Also, you may edit the other information in the table below, such as the effective date, just not the County links.
