Federal Bonding Program. Free insurance coverage of $5,000 for six months when ex-offender has a start-to-work date. Currently administered by the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction.

Rural Development Business Program. U.S. Department of Agriculture partners with the private sector and community-based organizations to provide financial assistance and business planning.

Third Frontier Internship Program. Students gain insightful, hands-on experience related to their field of study, and businesses that support paid work experiences to eligible students receive partial compensation for wages paid during these internships.
