Yes, the comprehensive assessment can be completed over the phone with the potential CCMEP participant, although the information can be entered into the system, a service should not be entered until the case manager has received the participants signature. If the assessment has not been signed within 90 calendar days the case will auto-delete from the system.
This does not apply to OWF work-eligible participants, because a signed JFS 07200 application is required for these individuals.
