Can an OWF work-eligible individual be sanctioned for failing to attend a CCMEP Comprehensive Assessment?

Answer:

No, but failure to attend a CCMEP Comprehensive Assessment would result in an OWF penalty, not a sanction OAC 5101:1-3-14. (Updated: 10/01/2017)
