How to Become Certified to Accept the Ohio Direction Card  

 

Ohio Farmers' Markets interested in obtaining certification to accept the Ohio Direction Card must apply with Food & Nutrition Services (FNS) to become a certified Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) retailer.  To apply:

1. Visit Farmer/Producer | Food and Nutrition Service (usda.gov), or www.marketlink.org  

2. Call (877) 823-4369 to request a paper application packet.

Once your market is certified by FNS, your market is eligible to accept the Ohio Direction Card. Any questions regarding your application are to be directed to SM.FN.ROB-WC1RETReply@usda.gov.
