If you believe a child care program in Ohio is not following the licensing rules or that there is a misuse of Publicly Funded Child Care benefits, you can file a complaint .

Please be prepared to give the info below, if you can:

• Name of the Program
• Location of the Program
• Publicly Funded Child Care Case Number
• Issue observed at the Program

Report Child Care Fraud

If you think someone getting help child care costs or a child care provider gave false info to the county or state, you can report it. Call 877-302-2347, option 4, or email: childcare_program_integrity@jfs.ohio.gov to report what you know.
