CCIDS is a statewide automated system for Publicly Funded Child Care (PFCC). CCIDS automates the payment and eligibility process for all participants in Ohio's PFCC program.
The Provider Portal is a web application eligible child care providers must use to enter into a provider agreement with ODJFS to receive payment for providing PFCC to eligible children.
