TEGL 05-07 The Small Business and Work Opportunity Tax Act of 2007 (P.L. 110-28) was signed into law on May 25, 2007.  Section 8211 of the Act provides a 44-month extension of the WOTC Program through August 31, 2011.

  • TEGL 20-6 announces the reauthorization of the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) Program under the Tax Relief and Health Care Act of 2006 and transmits program changes effective January 1, 2007.

  • The Employment and Training Administration (ETA) has issued a Training and Employment Guidance Letter (TEGL) 10-04. This TEGL announces the reauthorization of the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) and the Welfare-to-Work Tax Credit (WtWTC) under the Working Families Tax Relief Act of 2004 (P.L. 108-311), and transmits a policy clarification regarding acceptance and processing of the certification requests for new hires who work in one state but received public assistance benefits in a different state.
