Please note: The Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view the Transition Plan. The software is free and may be downloaded from the Adobe website.

If Adobe Acrobat Reader is installed on your computer, but the Transition Plan does not display properly, please try the following (these steps are specific to computers running Microsoft Windows, but the procedure should be similar for other computers, e.g. the Apple iMac):

1. Right-click the Transition Plan link above (click once with the button on the right side of your mouse).
2. A pop-up menu will appear. On this menu, click "Save Link As..." (if using Netscape) or "Save Target As..." (if using Microsoft Internet Explorer).
3. Choose a location on your computer, and click "Save". Make sure to remember the location you choose.
4. Use "My Computer" to locate the file you saved in the previous step.
5. Double-click the file to view.
