RRD (Rapid Requirements Definition) SESSIONS
The purpose of the RRD Sessions was to establish the baseline requirements for SACWIS by clarifying and verifying the Systems Requirements Document (SRD) that was developed by the Business Partners Group (county and state staff) and the SACWIS Assessment Review Guide (SARGe) that was developed by the Administration for Children and Families.
RRD Process included three components
Ran from June 28 to August 23, 2004 (with the exception of RRD Team#1)
Five teams ran concurrently.
Team members included
- County Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
- State SMEs
- Project staff - Business and Technical
- DRC and Compuware
County Participation as a team member or as a team observer
- Team member (SME) - participant on one of the five teams that defined workflow, use cases and formal RRD
- Team observer - observed Formal RRD sessions
- Project staff - Business and Technical
- DRC and Compuware
Attendance at the "R" Sessions was open to all PCSA staff statewide.
