The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services’ (ODJFS) releases this Request for Letterhead Bids (RLB) on behalf of the Governor's Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives (GOFBCI). ODJFS is soliciting bids to identify one vendor who will perform information gathering and analysis and draft a final report regarding recommendations from the Ohio Anti-Poverty Task Force. This Request for Letterhead Bids (RLB) document is released by ODJFS, and the subsequent contract expected to result from this RLB process will be a contract between the vendor and ODJFS, which acts as the fiscal agent for GOFBCI.
