The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) releases this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the purpose of obtaining a vendor to provide statewide administrative services for youth activities based on Public Law 105-220, the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) of 1998 (federal law).
ODJFS is seeking a qualified vendor who is experienced in providing administrative services for WIA youth programs, developing and writing policy/guidance manual pertaining to WIA. Interested vendors experience should also include, but should not be limited to, the following areas: research, evaluation, and statistical analyses pertaining to WIA, conference planning and providing statewide technical assistance.
This RFP is released by, and the subsequent contract will be with, ODJFS. The contract expected to result from this RFP process will be an agreement between ODJFS and the selected contractor.
If interested vendors have a need to communicate regarding this RFP, they must contact ODJFS using one of the mechanisms provided for in RFP Section 1.7, Internet Question and Answer Period/RFP Clarification Opportunity, or RFP Section 1.9, Communications Prohibited, of this RFP. Vendor proposals must be submitted to ODJFS in strict accordance with proposal submission instructions provided in Section 4.1, Proposal Submission. Vendors are cautioned that communication attempts which do not comply with these instructions will not be answered, and that ODJFS will not consider any proposals submitted to any address other than the one provided in Section 4.1 of this RFP.
