| Child support public forums scheduled
As part of an effort to improve Ohio's child support system, the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services is conducting a series of public forums.
"Our success in improving the quality of service offered by the state's child support system hinges on input from those impacted by the program," said ODJFS Interim Director Greg Moody.
Ten forums, to be held across the state, will provide custodial and non-custodial parents and the public with the opportunity to provide feedback on child support issues and concerns. The forums are the result of work by the Child Support Reform Shareholders' Group, which was established in March to help ODJFS and county child support enforcement agencies improve the quality of services to custodial and non?custodial parents and employers. The shareholder's group consists of ODJFS and county child support enforcement agency officials, custodial and non-custodial parents, employers, elected officials and advocacy groups.
