The program relies on specific benchmarks and relevant critical success factors for One-Stop excellence. A variety of instruments and tools are used to capture critical information about each One-Stop System:
Online business survey
Mystery Shopping On-Line Survey
Progress on continuous improvement and achievement of varying levels of excellence for each benchmark is captured on a balanced scorecard provided to local workforce investment boards periodically. Based on these scorecards, each One-Stop system will be rated at the following levels of excellence:
- One Star - White (Compliant)
- Two Stars - Bronze (Exceeds)
- Three Stars - Silver (Superior)
- Four Stars - Gold (Exemplary)
The One-Stop Enhancement program provides additional resources to help each One-Stop system improve the quality of their services, enhance the customer experience, and to improve the knowledge and skills of the staff in order to strive for the highest possible level of excellence for the system.
Work has begun on a new, third phase of continuous improvement to keep the Gold Stadnard a part of Ohio's One-Stop system. More details are to come. Other Links and Resources:
