Ohio Learn to Earn matches individuals looking for work with businesses looking to hire. It gives employers the opportunity to train potential employees at no cost and individuals the opportunity to enhance their skills, network and earn a training certification.

Current claimants in Ohio Learn to Earn may continue to collect unemployment compensation while working for up to 24 hours each week for six weeks. Employers assess the individual’s potential for full-time employment. Individuals get their foot in the door. Ohio gets back to work.
