Ohio Workforce Systems
Ohio Case Management Workforce Systems is an internal system used only by workforce professionals to link job seekers and employers and gather data for the following programs: Workforce Investment Act, Wagner Peyser, Veteran, Apprenticeship, Migrant and Seasonal Farmworker, Foreign Labor Certification, and Trade. 

If you are a job seeker, you can complete or verify your registration for job search by calling a Customer Service Representative at 1-888-296-7541, Option #2.  OMJ Help Desk staff are available Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, excluding holidays.

Workforce professionals must complete the JFS07078 Code of Responsibility form to access this internal system. Instructions and training information can be viewed by selecting the Workforce Training button on the What's New page through the Workforce Applications link below.  Note: This form is for Internal Use Only.


Workforce Applications - An internal application system, formerly known as SCOTI, is used only by Workforce Professionals to enter and track program data, sign up for classroom training, complete web-based training and access hard copies of forms to use if the system becomes unavailable. - Ohio's Self Service web application for job seekers and employers to interact with each other.
