The Office of Workforce Development's general archive contains information about discontinued programs, projects, grants and policies. Listed below is a short description of these items. To view them, select the link to the right. ARRA, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, has technical information for implementing stimulus-funded programs, including the summer youth program and 1512 federal reporting. CAAs were Career Advancement Accounts originally targeted for training auto workers and then expanded to include other dislocated workers. The program ended in early 2010.

Project HIRE (Hometown Investment in Regional Economies) & Ohio Learning Accounts (OLA) - was
a statewide ARRA initiative which focused on job matching strategies and linking employers and dislocated workers. Ohio Learning Accounts (OLA) were flexible training accounts for dislocated workers required to have additional training or certification as a condition of accepting a bona fide job offer in a targeted industry or demand occupation. The program ended December 31, 2010. Reports & Statistics houses performance, expense, and annual reports. Policy & Guidance holds rescinded, superceded or replaced documents.
