Who is eligible to participate in CCMEP?
Answer:

The following individuals who meet the age requirements are eligible to participate in CCMEP:
• Participants in the OWF program who have been determined to be work-eligible (mandatory participants);
• WIOA in-school youth or out-of-school youth as a condition of enrollment in workforce development activities funded by WIOA (mandatory participants);
• Any OWF participants who have not been determined to be a work-eligible individual (voluntary participants);
• Individuals who received benefits or services from the PRC program within the last 90 days (voluntary participants).
