| The Internal Security Unit conducts internal investigations involving waste, fraud and abuse within unemployment compensation programs. The investigations involve initial fact finding, conducting investigatory interviews, preparing reports, attending pre-disciplinary hearings and testifying at State Personnel Board of Review hearings and court proceedings. |

| The Internal Security Unit works with the Ohio Department of Job & Family Services, Office of the Chief Inspector; Ohio Department of Public Safety, Ohio State Highway Patrol; Inspector General's Office and other law enforcement agencies to conduct investigations and prosecutions. |
