Governor Mike DeWine’s first executive budget makes a firm commitment to investing in Ohio’s future, with support for families and children at the core. The ODJFS portion reflects four primary objectives: 

  1. Protecting and nurturing children

  2. Ensuring access to quality early education and care

  3. Advancing workforce development initiatives

  4. Optimizing service delivery
