These reports are a compilation of ODJFS-collected data describing ECM enrollments and disenrollments in the ECM program. Also included are the ECM enrollment penetration rates in the program for each of the participating counties. The report also provides information concerning the number of overall Medicaid recipients eligible for ECM enrollment.
