Family Health Survey

The 2004 Ohio Family Health Survey was conducted by ODJFS and other research partners to investigate health care status and health insurance coverage among the entire Ohio population. It is intended to provide better data on health issues in Ohio than had been available from other, national surveys, such as the Census Bureau's Current Population Survey. Reports on various issues using the survey data will be published from time to time on this site. The topics currently available are:
