Responsibilities
We administer the Ohio Home Care program, consisting of the following benefit packages of services delivered in the home and community:
We perform level of care determinations for people seeking admission to an intermediate care facility for people with mental retardation/developmental disabilities (ICF-MR).
We are developing the Ohio Access Success Project, a federal grant program designed to enable people living in nursing homes to move back into the community.
