Our mission is to design, implement and manage high-quality, cost-effective, and accessible home and community programs for eligible individuals with disabilities.
What is BCSP?
BCSP is one of eight bureaus within the Office of Ohio Health Plans, Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. BCSP administers the Ohio Home Care program, consisting of four benefit packages of Medicaid home and community-based services, which includes two home and community-based services waiver programs.
