The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services and the Office of Information Technology engaged FOX Systems, Inc. to perform an assessment of the Ohio Medicaid Data Warehouse (MDW).

This assessment is the result of the OHIO RFP #0A06004 dated October 18, 2005 (RFP). The RFP is to fulfill the requirement of Ohio House Bill 66 (HB66) for an assessment of the data collection and data warehouse functions of the MDW, including the ability to link the Medicaid-related data sets of all agencies serving Medicaid recipients.
