Intermediate care facilities for the mentally retarded (ICFs-MR) are required to submit quarterly assessments (IAFs) to the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) in accordance with the Ohio Administrative Code Rule 5101:3-3-73.1. (http://emanuals.odjfs.state.oh.us/emanuals/ (see Long-Term Care Manual)). Providers have the option of using the state sponsored ICF-MR software package available to all providers at no charge.
