Automated Cost Reporting (ACR)
Version 3.2.1 released 3/11/2008
Version 3.2.1 has been released to correct problems encountered by providers submitting cost report type 4.7 and 4.5 with a beginning date other than January 1, using Version 3.2.0. Either version can be used to submit cost reports where these issues are not applicable including all year end cost reports.
Nursing facilities (NFs) and intermediate care facilities for the mentally retarded (ICFs-MR) are required to submit cost reports electronically in accordance with Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) Rule 5101:3-3-20.
Cost reports with a subsequent postmark date of June 1st will be implemented as amended cost reports.
