***Important Information*** Due to the end of year fiscal processing with the Ohio OAKS payment system, all of the July 3, 2008 provider payments will be delayed until the week of July 7, 2008. You will receive separate payments for the July 3 and the July 10 payments and each may arrive the week of July 7. Normal payment cycles should resume for claims processed the week of July 14, 2008 and thereafter.
Medicaid RAs are only accessible online. ODJFS no longer mails paper RAs with your check or electronic funds transfer (EFT) statement. This does not change the claims submission process. Visit the Ohio Medicaid Provider Portal Web page and sign-on to access your RAs. If you are a first time visitor, click Sign-In and enter your Medicaid Provider number in the User-ID field and the last four digits of your Federal Tax ID Number (either your Employer Identification Number or Social Security Number) in the Password field. You will be prompted to enter your name and e-mail address. You must have an e-mail address to establish your account.
