Ohio Medicaid providers may contact our IVR System for billing concerns. It provides 24-hour, 7-day-a-week access to information regarding client eligibility, claim status, payment status, prior authorization, drug and procedure code, and provider information.

To comply with HIPAA privacy requirements (effective October 16, 2003), all providers and billing entities accessing the IVR for protected information are required to use a Personal Identification Number (PIN). For detailed instructions to using the IVR, you can download the following documents:
