Fraud Web Reporting Tool – The Bureau of Program Integrity, in conjunction with the Office of Communications and the Office of Fiscal and Monitoring Services/Business Process & Application Integration Unit, have been developing a web-based template for the public reporting of suspected fraud in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Medicaid, Ohio Works First (OWF), Unemployment Compensation (UC) and Child Care programs.

In the next few months, the general public will be able to access a web-based form for all programs where they can report suspected fraud abuse. The form located at http://jfs.ohio.gov/ will be a secure document. Once the suspected fraud is reported, the form will be forwarded to the appropriate program for follow-up.
