Checking the Status of a Payment
Welcome to Ohio's Child Support Payment Status web site. This secure site provides child support payors and payees with payment and balance information on their case, including the last payment and date received, current balances, arrearage balances and a total balance
To access this site, you will need a PIN (Personal Identification Number). The first time you use this site, you will need to obtain a temporary PIN. Please contact your county child support enforcement agency or the State Office of Child Support Customer Inquiry Call Center for your temporary PIN.
The Payment Status site provides the same information as the Child Support Interactive Voice Response(IVR) 800-860-2555 system. Both are updated daily with the same data.

Please Note: Payments received are disbursed within two working days if all posting information is included with the payment. Delays in posting will occur if this information is not included by an obligor, employer, or other remitter. Additionally, actual receipt of a child support payment can take up to one week due to service by the U.S. Postal System. If you have direct deposit, please check on the frequency in which your financial institution posts to your account.
