| The Ohio Children's Trust Fund (OCTF) is a quasi-government entity that was created by statute in 1984 for the purpose of maintaining a focus on preventing child abuse and neglect, and to serve as the vehicle for distributing funding throughout Ohio to support prevention programs. |
