| 8/13/2010 - The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services announces that claimants who prefer to file their claims via our toll-free automated phone system, are encouraged to call Wednesday through Friday, when the call volume tends to be lower.
Claimants may file their unemployment claims by calling 1-877-OHIO-JOB (1-877-644-6562) toll-free during the following days and times: Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ODJFS has also established a separate phone line for claimants who need help resetting their PIN numbers or passwords. This number is 1-866-962-4064. | |||
