House Bill 117 Reports
Semi-Annual 4 Reports, In Compliance with ORC 5101.97 (House Bill 117)
The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services is required by ORC 5101.97 (House Bill 117) to submit Semi-Annual Four Reports to the General Assembly. The Four Reports are comprised of:

  1. Work Requirement (JOBS) Report: This includes work requirement employment, demographic and participation data.
  2. Report of Paternity for Medicaid Births: Reports the number and percent of births for which paternity has not been established.
  3. Child Support Enforcement Report:This report is based on five outcome measurements as included by the report. These performance measures provide an accurate picture of the progress being made by Ohio in establishing paternity and support orders as well as enforcing existing child support orders.
  4. Child Day Care Report: The report is itemized by child's age, family income, provider type and child care program payment source.
