The Office of Family Assistance, created this web site, which contains the County Departments of Job and Family Services (CDJFS) hardship criteria to extend OWF benefits to families who have exhausted 36 months of benefits. The purpose of this web site is to provide information to county and state staff on hardship criteria established by the CDJFS. It represents the Department's best effort to provide useful information in a timely manner.
