| When submitting your County OWF Hardship document or amendment, remember to include your County name and date. Please make sure to submit the entire document. A GroupWise mailbox has been set up so that each county may electronically submit its hardship critieria to ODJFS. This mailbox is also utilized to forward subsequent modifications to the county hardship criteria. Please send the document to the GroupWise mailbox "Program-Policy". For those counties without GroupWise access, the full name for the mailbox is Program-Policy@odjfs.state.oh.us. |
