To report Child Care Fraud

If you have knowledge that a recipient of  child care has committed fraud in order to qualify for these benefits and you would like to report it, please contact the county department of job and family services in the county where the recipient is residing. The number can be found in the phone book under County Government.
If you are unable to locate the number, please call the ODJFS General Information Customer Service number at (877) 852-0010 and they will provide you the number of the county department of job and family services.
The number can also be found on the internet at http://jfs.ohio.gov/  On this page, scroll down the right side to For More Info and click on County Agency Directory then click on the county to obtain the phone number.
