The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) Child Care will post updates to policies, licensing, CCIDS, Step Up To Quality and other pertainent information on this new page on a regular basis.  This page will post new information in one place and direct users to the various areas of the website where updates are located and for further information.

Health and Safety Training

The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services will accept the ODJFS approved health and safety training in an online format to meet the health and safety training requirements outlined in Chapter 5101:2-14-08 of the Ohio Administrative Code (OAC). The Health and Safety Training can be offered by organizations other than the county agency when the ODJFS approved curriculum is used.
