Automated Cost Reporting (ACR)
Version 3.4.0 released 1/04/2012
Nursing facilities (NFs) and Intermediate Care Facilities for the Mentally Retarded (ICFs-MR) are required to submit cost reports electronically in accordance with Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) Rule 5101:3-3-20.
Cost reports with a subsequent postmark date of June 1st will be implemented as amended cost reports.
