Request for Change to a Child Support Order (Administrative Review and Adjustment)
Either parent or guardian can ask for a change in the order. Child support orders can be reviewed every 36 months from the date the order was established or the date of the last review. Some orders can be reviewed sooner than the required time frame if certain circumstances are met. Information on requesting a change to your order and understanding if you are eligible or not can be found at: Administrative Review and Adjustment - Overview. Request to View Your Child Support Case Information Online
Either parent or guardian with an active child support case can view their child support case information online through the Ohio Child Support Customer Service Web Portal. Customers are able to view and print up to two years of child support payment data, as well as view address, employment, health insurance and support order information that is on file with the child support agency.
