ACME research staff develop and manage performance accountability systems in order to assess the effectiveness of Workforce Investment Act (WIA) programs, analyze and report performance results, and develop recommendations for continuous improvement. Staff are responsible for conducting evaluation studies of WIA activities and services, preparing annual reports for the Secretary of Labor and Congress, implementing customer satisfaction surveys on WIA participants and employers, and completing quarterly performance reports on WIA customer satisfaction findings. |

State of Ohio - WIA Customer Satisfaction Reports WIA Customer Satisfaction Reports are produced quarterly and provide statewide and local Workforce Investment Board performance results on the DOL mandated American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) survey of participants and employers served through WIA Title I-B funded programs.
