ATTENTION: PAYMENT ISSUE

On Friday, December 16, 2011 updates to MITS were made; however, an unexpected error was discovered late Friday afternoon. 399 claims adjudicated on Friday were adversely impacted by a diagnosis code error (Denial Code 459) related to the 5010 code move to production late Thursday, December 15, 2011. The claims impacted by these errors last Friday denied, but will be recycled today, Monday, December 19, 2011. There will be no need for Providers to re-submit their claims. The affected claims will be paid the week of December 26, 2011.
