Below is a summary of activities to control Medicaid fraud among Ohio Home Care providers. The Standards and Services Section of the ODJFS Bureau of Home and Community Services referred providers suspected of fraud to the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit of the Ohio Attorney General's Office.
