Level One Waiver Program
The Level One Waiver program benefit package consists of homemaker/personal care, transportation, respite services, supported employment, environmental accessibility modifications, social work/counseling, nutrition services, interpreter services, home-delivered meals, adaptive and assistive equipment, day habilitation (adult day support), vocational habilitation, supported employment (community and enclave), supported employment, and adapted medical equipment.
Local county boards of MRDD provide case management and services and supports administration.
Who is eligible?
Consumers eligible for the Level One Waiver program must be eligible for Medicaid, can by of any age, and need an ICF/MR level of care.
