When must the Automated Cost Report (ACR) be filed?

All Automated Cost Reports must be postmarked on or before March 31. Revised cost reports postmarked no later than June 1. Cost Reports filed after June 1 will be considered Amended cost reports.   NF Cost Reports not considered complete and adequate by May 31 will not be used in the calculation of the quality incentive payment.


I'm a provider with errors that require me to resubmit my ACR, how long do I have?

JFS is requesting an one-day turn around time for resubmission of diskettes. Also the diskette "label" needs to be marked accordingly upon submission to ODJFS:

Failure to submit a complete and adequate Cost Report can result in the termination of the Medicaid Provider agreement.


Where does one report change of ownership expenses - Capital Cost?

Report capital costs due to a change in ownership (step up) on schedule D and D-1, Group B. These costs are required to be reported in Group B on subsequent filed cost report.
