Health Services Research Section
The Health Services Research Section in the Bureau of Health Plan Policy is responsible for developing and implementing the Ohio Health Plans research agenda, which includes funding extramural research through Ohio's colleges and universities, and performing research projects related to the quality, cost and access to health care for the Medicaid eligible population. This includes leading primary data collection efforts and performing secondary analysis of Medicaid enrollment and claims data. The Health Services Research Section supports analysis and evaluation of Medicaid delivery and payment systems.
