Individual Options Waiver Program

This benefit package consists of adult day supports, day habilitation, environmental accessibility and adaptations, homemaker/personal care, personal emergency response system, informal and institutional respite, specialized medical equipment and supplies, supported employment (community and enclave), adaptive equipment, transportation, and vocational rehabilitation.

Local county boards of MR/DD provide case management and services and supports administration.

Who is eligible?
Consumers eligible for the Individual Options Waiver program must be Medicaid eligible, can be of any age, and meet an ICF/MR level of care.
