| The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services announces that unemployment claimants who prefer to file their claims via our toll-free automated phone system are encouraged to call Wednesday through Friday, when the call volume tends to be lower.
Claimants may file their unemployment claims by calling 1-877-OHIO-JOB (1-877-644-6562) toll-free during the following days and times: 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday ODJFS has also established a separate phone line for claimants who need help resetting their PIN numbers or passwords. This number is 1-866-962-4064. | |||
